I HAVE NO WIND TURBINE EXPERIENCE
If you have no experience it will always be more difficult, but far from impossible. Remember this is a relatively new industry that's only really been about since the 90's. You should consider offering your services for free as work experience in order to get some basic experience. This could be with small wind turbines that farmers buy or working in the wind industry but in an onshore position e.g. Warehouse Operatives, Administration, Logistics.
I HAVE SOME RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
If you have experience, make sure you are always aware of which companies are active and when projects are likely to go live. During your training, speak to other people on the course that may already have jobs. It will always be easier if you are recommended by someone already working in the sector.
