GWO Enhanced First Aid (EFA) (3.0 Days)

GWO Enhanced First Aid (EFA) provides the skills to use advanced emergency equipment to save a life in a remote environment.

Delegates will learn to administer safe, effective, and immediate lifesaving and enhanced first aid measures.

Offshore Medical inc. Fit To Train (0.1 Days)

Every offshore worker must pass an OGUK offshore medical examination which classifies them as medically fit to work in the offshore environment. 

Anyone using Compressed Air - Emergency Breathing Systems (CA-EBS) also requires a Fit To Train certificate.

GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART) Combined (3.0 Days)

GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART) combined provides the skills to safely access and rescue a casualty from the hub, spinner, inside blade, nacelle, tower and basement section of a wind turbine generator.

Delegates will learn to use industry standard recue equipment and techniques that exceed those of GWO Working at Height.

ECITB Medium Risk Confined Space (2.0 Days)

The ECITB Medium Risk Confined Space course covers low risk shallow entries deeper than three metres.

Delegate will learn two methods of entry; staying on and removal from the lifeline.

OPITO Combined HUET (1 Day)

The OPITO combined Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) prepares delegates to travel to and from offshore oil and gas installations and vessels by helicopter.

This course includes Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS) and Emergency Breathing System (EBS), sometimes referred to as rebreather.

Chester Step Examination (0.1 Days)

Offshore personnel may be nonimated by their company or sponsor to complete a fitness test for their job role.

The Chester Step Test is a tried and tested means of gauging fitness by measuring the ability to recover from exertion.

GWO Sea Survival (1 Day)

GWO Sea Survival provides the basic safety training required to safely carry out tasks in and on wind turbines.

Delegates will gain the knowledge and skills required to use possible aids, rescue equipment and methods.

GWO Manual Handling (Half Day)

GWO Manual Handling provides the basic safety training requied to carry out manual handling tasks in a safe way.

The training encourages positive manual handling behaviour in the wind industry.

GWO Fire Awareness (Half Day)

GWO Fire Awareness provides the basic knowledge to work safely in the wind industry.

Delegates will become familiar with Global Wind Organisation (GWO) emergency response requirements both onshore and offshore.

GWO Working at Height (1.5 Days)

GWO Working at Height provides the skills and knowledge to work in a safe manner in the wind industry.

Delegates will meet emergency response training requirements for personnel new to the industry.

GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) Combined (5.0 Days)

A GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) combined course includes GWO Basic Technical Electrical, Hydraulics and Mechanical Training.

Delegates will learn to perform basic tasks under the supervision of an experienced technician.

ECITB CCNSG Safety Passport (2.0 Days)

The ECITB CCNSG Safety Passport training programme is a common prerequisite for anyone working on construction or engineering sites.

Delegates will gain an understanding of all aspects of working safely.
