Manual Handling is a task the majority of workers complete on a daily basis. Whether you work in an office, factory, warehouse or retail environment, correct lifting is something you need to take seriously.
The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 (as amended in 2002) apply to a wide range of manual handling activities including lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling or carrying. The load may be either a box, trolley, person or animal.
Manual Handling training provides an understanding of the risks and practical issues involved with manual handling.
Delegates will learn to correctly lift and move a range of load types.
