The course aims to update and refresh your knowledge of the First Aid at Work syllabus, while allowing time for revision and practice sessions in preparation for a practical and written assessment.

This course now includes a practical, hands-on Automated External Defibrillator (AED) awareness session using trainer AEDs. This awareness element instils greater confidence in the use of AEDs.

Course Objectives

The objectives of the First Aid at Work Requalification training are that delegates will be able to:

  • Refresh course topics previously taught on the three day first aid at work course
  • Awareness session into the use and safety of an AED
  • Demonstrate the appropriate level of skill and knowledge during continuous practical assessments, observed by the trainer
