Course Objectives
Delegates completing an HSE Offshore First Aid Refresher training course will be able to;
- Refresh course topics previously taught on the four day intial course
- Demonstrate the appropriate level of offshore first aid skills and knowledge during practical tasks
Course Content
An HSE Offshore First Aid Refresher training course includes;
- Legislation
- Roles and responsibilities
- The respiratory system
- The circulatory system
- Basic life support and AEDs
- Medical emergencies
- Major and minor injuries
Prerequisites
In order to complete an HSE Offshore First Aid Refresher training course, delegates must hold:
- An HSE Offshore First Aid certificate
