Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Turbine Technician search promoted at AIS Survivex event

Equinor, who is developing Dogger Bank Wind Farm with joint-venture partners SSE Renewables and Eni, is currently recruiting for the project.

Tom Nightingale, North East Stakeholder Manager for Equinor came along to our energy sector careers event to promote the first ten positions for Wind Turbine Technicians on the project.

Tom said: “The recruitment for Dogger Bank is now ramping up and we are currently recruiting our first ten Wind Turbine Technicians. These are key roles for Operations and Maintenance and successful applicants will support the team as  we move closer to the operations phase.

It’s great to be at the AIS Survivex event to raise awareness of Dogger Bank and its personnel requirements. I’ve been able to meet lots of talented and skilled individuals and hopefully we will be able to match some of these with the current and future opportunities we have on offer.”

Dogger Bank will be the world’s largest offshore wind farm upon completion, with the capacity to power six million UK homes.

Dogger Bank Stats
